Yes. Select “Request a quote” beside your preferred vehicle and enter your date and route. We will check availability and confirm the vehicle and layout in the quote. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
How much luggage can I bring?
The figures shown are approximate medium-suitcase estimates, not confirmed loading limits. Large cases, hand luggage, pushchairs and ski equipment affect the space needed. List everything you are bringing so we can check space for your vehicle and passenger numbers. Kodiaq space depends on the seating layout; the Sprinter estimate includes an additional luggage box.
Which V-Class seating layout should I choose?
Choose a layout for the number of people in your group. The Extra Long configurations are shown beside the vehicle. We check luggage space against the seating arrangement and position, so include extra bags or equipment in your enquiry.
How do I request a child seat?
Select the child-seat request in your enquiry and tell us how many children are travelling. Add details about your child and any pushchair in the notes so we can match equipment, passengers and luggage. We confirm seat availability with the quote.
Is the vehicle shared with other passengers?
No. Your private transfer is for you and your travel companions, from the agreed pick-up point to your destination. For a group journey, include the total passenger count and any additional pick-up addresses.
How do I receive a fare and confirm my transfer?
After your enquiry, you receive a quote for your route, date, vehicle and agreed itinerary. Check passenger, luggage, time and address details before confirmation. You can also view fares for selected routes on the pricing page.
